		<description>How does Obama&#039;s appointment of highly paid, unelected Czars, accountable only to him--not elected members of Congress--jive with your breathless admiration of his &#039;transparency&#039;?
Aside from that detail, congratulations on the amount of work and thought you&#039;ve put into this concept. I wish Obama, a man who stood by and watched the Gulf of Mexico accident turn into an unmitigated disaster, would read and study your prototype. Maybe he&#039;ll learn something about true leadership.</description>

Although the City of London has done some great stuff with open data, recently putting all the information on the transport network into the public domain and making it free for use.</description>
