		<description>While I applaud anyones efforts to understand and improve global collaboration and efforts towards sustainability it is undeniable that human behavior related to population growth is the fundamental root cause for the issues you wish to address. 

I have yet see any serious discussion with any sense of urgency addressing the immediate need to constrain and reduce the human population. We all understand the impact poverty, lack of sex education and religion has had on population growth as well as most goverments unwillingness to directly tackle (China is the exception) this issue. Unless we do so all the well intended efforts really amount to noise.</description>
