Don’t be friendin’ Richard Branson
It looks like Richard Branson has dismissed 13 Virgin employees for criticizing the company and its passengers on their Facebook sites. Details can be found here.
This isn’t, of course, the first time someone has been fired for social networking misbehavior; perhaps just the first time a billionaire is involved. More examples are here, here, and here. Below is a post of a young Goldman trader who posted his warning about being on Facebook too much.
