I'm so pleased to read that you are writing another book. I've just finished Wiki 1.0 on my holidays in Sweden and it has left me inspired. I'm the CEO of a not-for-profit company that works at the interface between education and business in the UK (www.ccskills.org.uk). I was often trying, when reading your book, to think about how the many excellent case studies you write about could apply to my world. Well it seems Wiki 2.0 will provide some more of those answers. By the way, as a member of the Net Gen, I'm already turning my place into a Wiki workplace and recently, fed up with the institutional stranglehold of the careers guidance industry in the UK on truth and wisdom, have recently launched the start of the Wiki way to careers advice and guidance. Please check the beta site out at: www.creative-choices.co.uk, and get in touch if you'd like assistance with research across the pond!
