I'm a sucker for videos like these - short, sweet, and a lot of a value. What I like about Sean's comments, is the emphasis on the future. Things may be as they are now, but they will change because everything changes with time. So the question is, how will things change? Will it be the way the industry engages the customers, the way the customers engage the industry, or the way customers engage customers? I think i'm probably making a safe bet to say all three, and a whole lot more.
