Two sides of the Government 2.0 story

Don was on NPR’s Talk to the Nation a few days ago, talking about Government 2.0: Building an online democracy. You can listen to it all here, and also check out the blog entry – the comments section is particularly worth focusing on, especially the main response from Don. Some readers might also want to check out Tom Davenport over at Harvard Business Publishing, who responds to Don’s presentation by questioning the realism of Government 2.0. This is another one of those cases where the comments really contribute a lot of value to the article, notably including one at the end by nGenera’s own Tammy Erickson – some great food for thought.
