Just as I have the right to spend a few minutes commenting on this blog while I am at work, my &quot;employer&quot; has the right to email me on Sunday and expect a timely response. Or not. It&#039;s all negotiable. If either party doesn&#039;t like it, they can quit or fire.</description>
