		<description>Reading the proposal letter from Microsoft, they make it clear that they&#039;re setting up for a war with someone... a certain company... one who may have bought some spectrum at 4.7B...   a company that may have missed its earnings in Q4... I&#039;m really not sure.

But Microsoft refers to them over and over again... i.e.) &quot;market is increasingly dominated by one player&quot;
