Don Tapscott
The wikinomics blog scroll

With no need for a set-up anymore, let’s get right to it (though there’s one thing I wanted to note – posts tied to wikinomics in languages that I can’t read are continuing on their explosive growth path):
The Web 2.0 Ideology. An interesting post on the Web 2.0 Ideology, among a sequence of other interesting posts…

WikiWise. Rather self explanatory title, written by a “true believer in peer production.”

My latest two audible listens. Favorite quote: It’s amazing how much of what is covered in this book is what we are focusing on right now inside of the Lotus brand at IBM.

Collaborative architecture. A blog exploring Asian Architecture looks at how some wikinomics principles relates to it.

The prosumer and the production function. The market blunderer takes an attempt at tying the prosumer concept to the traditional production function.

An open letter to Steve Ballmer. Alan Moore responds to a note on their blog about social networking that read its a fad like hot pants and bellbottoms. This is a well written piece with lots of interesting links.

Data, data, data… what to do with all of it. A blogger talks a bit about a “very interesting and entertaining” presentation given at the Ontario tourism marketing summit…

Costs of mass collaboration. These folks are quite adament that (unlike the Wikinomics book) they do NOT believe mass collaboration can rely on self-organization. Of course neither do we – self organization is by no means the entire wikinomics story, as even a remotely careful reading of the book attests to.

As always, there are many more… I encourage you to have a troll around the blogosphere to see what is out there.
