The Wikinomics playbook is coming
As many members of the Wikinomics community have already heard, Anthony and I have announced our intention to publish version 1.0 of the Wikinomics Playbook in September of 2007. The cover of the playbook will list the top-20 contributors within the community, and the rest will be listed in the acknowledgements pages and notes on the specific chapters. More details on the publication plan are available here.
So whether you’ve got case study ideas, thoughts on moving mass collaboration beyond individual disciplines, insights into managing intellectual property in peer production communities, a keen interest in wikinomics beyond business, or an entirely new angle on things none of us have ever thought of, we invite you to be part of this exciting and ambitious project. More specifically, our short-term goal is to “lock-in” a specific set of topics we can all focus on for version 1.0 by May 31st – so make your voice heard soon!

[...] Recently I finished reading the book Wikinomics. I wondered whether it is just another buzzword or if it contributes to the discussion of how the Internet changes our world. In any case the authors left some answers open to be written by the readers themselves. [...]
